Elevator Disk Rotation System
- Servo Driven rotation System For Even Distribution of Gel / HPMC on respective pins.
- Change profile to continuous spinning start-stop, 1/2 rotation, degree change etc. from HMI
Table Section
- World’s first fully servo driven radial table section.
- Pin bar are always guided throughout.
- No free fall of pin bars.
- Avoids damage & bending of pin bars.
- Two or Four Fully Servo driven autoblocks as per machine model.
- Stripping jaws with easy to fit stripping inserts(Cheeks). Pin holes have been eliminated.
- Special design of collets to run on high speed. Bearing Loaded collet spindles for smooth &
perfect cuttings of caps & bodies.
- Special design for joiner blocks for perfect joining of caps & bodies.
- Length adjustments of all caps & bodies upto accuracy of 0.1 mm from HMI.
