The journey of this company began way back in the early 1990s when a group of people working with their respective capsule manufacturing companies often came together to discuss the day-to-day problems faced by them.

The production capacity of Capsule Manufacturing Machines during this period was around 1.0 million capsules per day and there was a consistent increase in the cost of manpower and power consumption. There was also a regular scarcity in the availability of skilled manpower to run and maintain capsule machines. The support from the then-available machine manufacturers was not up to the mark and they were reluctant to make necessary changes to the machine due to their non-innovative thought process, Going through sleepless nights, this group of people finally quit capsule manufacturing and decided to innovate and gift the capsule industry with an easy to operate, highly productive and fully automized servo-driven machine set up, which would be built by the operators, for the operators.
